These terms apply to bizhosted.com and to every website and application published on a bizhosted.com address (a "hosted site"). bizhosted is operated by OneGlimpse B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 78315654, VAT NL861343529B01).
bizhosted provides hosting for business websites and the applications behind them: a secure address on bizhosted.com, delivery of pages to visitors, HTTPS, versioned publishing with previews, and sign-in for a site's customers. Sites are built and published through the website builders and business platforms that use bizhosted; those platforms have their own terms for building and managing a site.
The business that publishes a hosted site is responsible for its content, for the data it collects from visitors and for complying with the laws that apply to it, including having its own privacy policy where required. The site owner must not publish anything that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, is misleading, or contains malware, phishing or unsolicited bulk messaging. We may take a site offline, remove content or disable an account when these terms are broken or when the service or other sites are at risk, and we will tell the owner when we can.
Visitors may sign in to a hosted site with an email link or a Google account. A sign-in belongs to the one site it was created on. You must not try to access another site's data, interfere with the service, or use automated means to overload it.
We work to keep hosted sites online at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, faults and events outside our control can cause downtime. Earlier versions of a site are kept so a publish can be rolled back by the owner's platform.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for anything related to the service is limited to the amount paid for the hosting of the site concerned in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the current version is always published here with its date. Dutch law applies, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection where you live.
